The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render services for the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering providers which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency stated it is actually alarmed in regards to the high number of people depending on social grants for survival.
